Hi! I’m Lishele Wigand, a nutritionist with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. My passion is helping people achieve vibrant health by focusing on balanced, sustainable wellness strategies. I specialize in intuitive eating and making peace with food. I've been in nutrition and counseling for almost 15 years, and have worked with clients to create personalized nutrition plans, empowering them to reach their health goals through education and practical guidance.

As a mother of three, I understand the importance of maintaining health in a busy lifestyle. In addition to my professional experience, I’ve shared insights on parenting and healthy living, emphasizing the importance of respectful communication and creating harmony within the family.

In my free time, I love developing healthy and delicious recipes that nourish both the body and soul. I also enjoy sharing glimpses of my life and health journey on Instagram, where I connect with others who are passionate about wellness.
